Adult Basic Education Handbook
Get help downloading files.
The Adult Basic Education (ABE) Handbook contains information about the operation of programs funded through the Adult Basic Education Office, State Board for Community & Technical Colleges in Washington. The intent of this handbook is to provide an effective introduction for new administrators and is also a useful reference tool to seasoned administrators. The ABE Handbook is presented in draft form and was not intended as a sole source of information; consequently, it should be used in conjunction with other available sources (personal experience, published materials, staff development).
Any comments or suggestions are welcome and can be sent to Diane McGuinn. If you have any questions relating to the ABE program, contact the ABE Office at (360) 704-4323.
