The Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) developed the WABERS+
(Washington Adult Basic Education Reporting System) program to facilitate data collection and
reporting of student enrollments in adult education programs.
It was created for community-based organizations and community and technical colleges in the State of Washington that provide adult education services. The information gathered by WABERS+ will help plan, research and develop programs.
This information also helps to support the progress of students and their success in the workplace and other educational areas.
WABERS+ meets all state and federal data collection and reporting requirements, and was designed with an eye toward future reporting requirements as they develop.

WABERS+ quarterly deadlines for entering data prior to the snapshots being taken:
- Summer 2012 - 9/13/12
- Fall 2012 - 1/10/13
- Winter 2013 - 4/10/13
- Spring 2013 - 7/10/13
