Commissioned Limited Membership
HRMC Membership is comprised of the Chief Human Resource Officer from each Community and Technical
College in Washington State, plus the Chief Human Resource Officer from the Seattle and Spokane Community
College Districts. HRMC members are may use their discretion in circulating information distributed
through the listserv so long as care is taken to preserve any confidential or identifying information.
HRMC Guests
Ex-Officio Officers include the Director of Human Resources from the State Board for Community
and Technical Colleges (SBCTC); a representative from the Attorney General’s Office; a representative
from the Department of Personnel and a representative from the Office of Labor Relations.
Other HR Staff Members
This web site is intended to function as a resource for all HR professionals working in a Washington
State Community or Technical College. We encourage you to bookmark this web page and use it
as a quick find reference for many of your tasks. As questions regarding HR policies arise,
we encourage you to discuss it within your college’s HR department.
HRMC LISTSERV
HRMC Members are eligible to participate in the Personnel -- Human Resource Management Commission (HRMC) which is limited to HRMC Members due to the
confidential nature of some of the discussions held. Once you make a request to be added to
the Listserv using your college e-mail, the request will be routed to the designated HRMC officer
in charge of the Listserv (usually the Vice Chair), who is authorized to approve listserv changes. Once
approved, you will receive a welcome e-mail.
