The State Board for Community and Technical Colleges is led by a Governor-appointed board and provides leadership, advocacy, and coordination for Washington’s system of public community and technical colleges. SBCTC, a medium-sized state agency headquartered in Olympia — with offices in Spokane and Bellevue — has four main divisions: Education, Finance, Government Relations, and Information Technology.
