The SBCTC personnel office advises the system regarding personnel matters and benefits for faculty, classified, and administrative employees. Among other things, the office maintains an affirmative action recruiting database for use by the two-year college system and conducts administrative and faculty salary surveys.
The Deputy Executive Director for Human Resources represents the system to the legislature and
policy makers on issues related to faculty, administrative and classified personnel, retirement,
insurance and affirmative action.
