  The purpose of Engrossed Senate Substitute Bill 6359 , passed by the Washington legislature in 201, is to increase student access and success, strengthen instructional programs, and develop and retain high quality faculty through efficiencies acquired through shared services, increased program collaboration, and standardized and centralized administrative functions and systems. 
  

Student Achievement Initiative Reports

Student Achievement Initiative is a performance funding system for community and technical colleges. Its purposes are to both improve public accountability by more accurately describing what students achieve from enrolling in our colleges each year, and to provide incentives through financial rewards to colleges for increasing the levels of achievement attained by their students.
