The Human Resource Management Commission (HRMC) is comprised of the chief human resource administrator
from each of the thirty-four community and technical colleges and districts in Washington State.
The current Chair of HRMC Cesar
Portillo who is the Vice-President for Human Resources at Bellevue College.
