Creating Opportunities is the groundwork for the statewide communications effort of two-year colleges. The goal is to increase awareness amongst the “thinking/talking public” about the benefits of two-year colleges across the state. This e-zine is one tool to build understanding about the role of two-year colleges and the differences they make for the economy, the workforce and students.
