Community and technical college board to hold special meeting Wednesday, Jan. 8

OLYMPIA – A special meeting of the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, to review the 2003-05 budget proposed by Governor Gary Locke and discuss the implications for two-year colleges.

The meeting will be conducted by telephone conference call with public access at the State Board office, 319 7th Avenue SE, Olympia.

The next regularly scheduled meeting of the State Board, which oversees the state’s 34 public twoyear colleges, is Jan. 29-30 in Olympia.
